I have bought several hats from Eric Javits, but my last experience was, hands down, the best customer service I have had with them. I needed my hat for a vacation. I emailed them asking if it would make it in time, and poof, it arrived the following day! They emailed me every step of the way. What a lovely experience; oh, and the hat is fabulous!

My friend had this Daphine Fedor on and it is absolutely fabulous. The 4 inch wide brim is what sets it apart from other hats as long as it’s well-made Construction. I have a very small head and it fits snuggly and his adjustments. Worth every penny.

I placed an order and actually received it after we had left the country. I had wanted to wear this hat so bad. When we got back, I tried the hat on. I have a small head. Einstein size head...not his brain though. I contacted Javits and I had missed the return date. Carol was able to help me. I missed it by a day. They reviewed my pics of the unused hat and I was able to make the return. Great customer support and assistance. The hat was well made and beautiful. Darn small head. :)

Somehow, a double order was created, and there has been no way for me to contact your company to cancel the first one. It was also made on an inactive credit card. How this happened I have no idea but your customer service is terrible and that I have no way to reach anybody except my email and I couldn’t even find that email until today
