The hats are absolutely fabulous, love love. The shipping on the other hand, is always late. Even when I pay for expedited shipping, there is always a delay for one reason or another. These hats have never arrived quickly. If they could figure out logistics, it would be amazing.

I had an issue with UPS delivering my order to the wrong address and causing a long delay. Eric Javits team answered each of my emails the same day and assisted me with updates until I received the package at my correct address this past Friday. I absolutely love the hat - tried it out & enjoyed it over the weekend. It's the highest quality possible, very pretty and fits my woman's size head very well. This hat is seriously overpriced. I was influenced by so many insta ads and when it arrived i definitely felt hatfished. The fact that theres a cheapy velcro fastener is so disappointing. I paid $200 to have my hair get caught in velcro everytime i remove it. Look around for a better, much less expensive visor. This one isnt worth the hype or the price tag.

This hat is everything I wanted and more. You feel the quality the moment you take it out of the box. The brow cushion was an unexpected bonus, adding comfort and a secure fit. I've gotten so many compliments on it — I couldn't be happier. I don't want to think about how much I've spent on hats that ended up disappointing me. This brand has made me a loyal customer for good.
As for this hat specifically: it sits exactly as low as I want, day to day. It holds its shape beautifully even with an adjustable fit. I can lean back and rest my head against it without needing to readjust.
It's perfect.

I’ve been a longtime fan and even referred your hats to many people. However, I’ve never had an issue. Solving a problem with your Customer Service is next to impossible. Not only did I get no resolution, five emails from Customer Service later - where the focus is on everything I did wrong even though I have screenshots. All good two orders will be returned, and I will find a new hat company.
