Regarding the shipping, we previously explained the VIP Processing service when you contacted us. VIP Processing prioritizes an order for fulfillment, but it does not expedite the shipping method or guarantee a specific delivery date. If you'd like us to look into your concerns regarding the packaging or the availability of a hat bag, please feel free to reach out to us with more details. We'd be happy to review your concerns and see how we can assist. Thank you again for sharing your feedback. Eric Javits Team
