Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We take feedback like this very seriously. After reviewing our phone records, we do not show any inbound or outbound calls associated with your number since 2024. The only recent call placed was last week in response to this review, and a voicemail was left in an effort to connect and better understand your experience. Based on our records, we do not believe the call you received earlier came from us. That said, we sincerely apologize that you were treated in a rude or unprofessional manner. Regardless of the source, that is not the experience anyone should have. Our team is trained to handle every interaction with professionalism and respect. We value professionalism and respectful communication, and assure you this was not us.

Hi David. Thank you for the kind words! We're glad to hear you had a good experience with Noble Gold. We appreciate your trust and look forward to working with you again and earning that fifth star whenever you're ready.
