I’ve had my metals Ira for a few years…
I’ve had my metals Ira for a few years now. A couple times I’ve sold some and had little issue with anything. Towards the end of 2025 I sold and exchanged some platinum and silver. I sold in November and it took until the end of May to get it completed. I called and emailed to see how things were going and what (if any) issues were prolonging the process. I was hard pressed to get a call back or response of any kind. This was of course very frustrating. After calling and emailing enough to irritate people I finally got a response. Now I know that there has been a steep increase in metals trading and I understand that it takes time to service all that extra activity but all I was looking for was some communication and I would have been fine. So if I had to critique what the company could do better it would be communicate.
I’d like to thank Mandi and Alicia for their help in getting my account in order and completed.

Prompt and Courteous
I was able to speak with and complete all of my q/a and purchase needs with Klyer Prescott with minimal hassle. Last Friday, June 5th; I verified which coins would be best for my needs. Then Kyler emailed needed instructions for wiring money to Noble Gold.(he even alerted me to use my phone cam to copy data for my bank wire). Within two hours after that phone call, I'd completed the wire transfer, sent a copy of wire-transfer proof and verified next steps with Kyler. On Monday the 8th, Kyler called me as agreed and confirmed that wire. He also offered suggestions on which sites usually buy back coins and submitted my request to FedX for signature delivery. The package arrived today at 2:pm. My coins are placed in neat plastic sleeves and were secured well in bubble wrap. I spoke once more with Kyler to confirm this. Much smoother and prompt than I'd first imagined. Thank you
