Buying from Noble Gold was smooth—but trying to sell has been a nightmare! For four weeks I’ve called, left voicemails, and sent multiple emails, and still no one will call me back. I’ve received only one email response, which does not cover my questions. While they ignored me, prices dropped dramatically, costing us over $120,000 in value. Being forced into email-only communication makes it impossible to lock in prices, and the lack of responsiveness is absolutely unacceptable for a company handling people’s investments. I would caution anyone to think very carefully before trusting them with their money. Update 2/20/26: That is incorrect, Noble Gold. I contacted you 1/16, 1/23, 1/28, 2/4, 2/10, 2/11, and 2/12. Finally, on 2/12 you called me (when metal prices tanked). Had you contacted me in the 5-7 period, as stated on your auto-email replies, I would have sold my metals in late Jan with an additional $120k in value. I finally sold the metals to end the nightmare with you. Absolutely nothing Noble about your company!
