What I really appreciated was the tracking updates as it took about 3 weeks to receive the product from Spain and I could see the progress. Now looking forward to using the actual product.

Product was good shipping good

this product comes quickly right to your maibox

The product came quickly right to my mailbox.

I love the purse

I love the purse! I was able to track the shipping progress daily which made me feel more confident about my purchase.

I love it

I love it, it arrived sooner than expected. The only thing I would change is having inside pockets in it.

Nice and roomy

Absolutely exactly what was described and it has now become my go to bag already

Customer service was okay

Customer service was okay. But I did not receive the purses that were advertised. With the sizing things on both sides and the clip at the top. Also the website says 3 to 5 business days and it took weeks to get my order.

Needs back zip pocket

Needs back zip pocket, more pockets inside and side zip is not big enough for large cell phones. Love the pull tabs on zippers. More pockets I'd buy more colors. Nice and light weight.

It took too long to deliver.

Easy to order

Easy to order. Came quickly. No problems!

****DO NOT PURCHASE****

****DO NOT PURCHASE**** FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE FRAUDULENT AND SEND YOU NONE GENUINE PRODUCTS THEN ONCE YOU RECEIVE AFTER ABOUT 3 WEEKS IT IS A CHEAP VERSION OF WHAT YOU ORDERED AND THEY WILL NOT RETURN OR REFUND PRODUCTS

Very slow shipping

Very slow shipping. Not sure how good it is yet as I only just received it. No instructions other than on the container that is very small and not easy to read but happy to see if it lives up to the hype

It took forever

It took forever, but the products do what they're supposed to. Does the company not have distribution on US soil?

Took weeks to get

Took weeks to get. Used on face saw no changes.

Unable to purchase, are they scamming for card info?

Unable to purchase. Payment failed on two credit cards each stating they were I great shape with no holds. One card company says they claimed wrong input of cvc code. I went through it all again with card company on the phone, and still nothing. I really hope they aren’t scooping up information, cuz they sure aren’t selling anything!!

I like this item but…

I like this item but can't honestly say it does what it claims. It feels nice on my skin and absorbs quickly but I haven’t noticed any improvement to the fine lines, etc. on my face

Great stuff

Product works well and shipping was a little bit long but still worth rebuying.

Late in mail

Late in mail , no contact phone number , through PayPal !
