The good kind of shocking, we'll take it! No driving, no waiting rooms, no stress. we hope to help you again whenever you need us!

We're sorry to hear this was your experience! We can see your order was canceled and a full refund has been issued to your account. The initial charge you saw is a temporary authorization hold to verify funds, not a final charge, and it clears once the order is resolved. If you're open to it, please reach out to our support team and we'll get you taken care of!
