It was my first time doing this and I’m very skeptical on things. They were very helpful and helping me understand the whole process. Thank you so much. Will definitely suggest using you guys again. My notary person was very nice. Very understanding and helpful. Thank you so much. You were awesome and thank you for the experience.
Overall great experience as a first timer! I will definantly use this service again!

June was amazing. She went the extra mile and got us a certificate so we didn’t have any issues with the cruise. Thank you, June!
Bon voyage! We'll make sure she gets this shoutout. Hope you had an amazing trip and we'll be here whenever you need us again!
Kaya was very friendly and made our overall process of helping my sister get my dad's car out of a tow lot very easy and supportive. Wort the $25 fee of e-notary services if Kaya's involved! She was in New York, so it was 10pm her time when the live notary happened.
We're glad she could help you and your sister get things sorted in what sounds like a stressful situation. Our notaries are here around the clock for exactly these moments and Kaya clearly made it count!

I used this online notary service twice with Joanne. The process is so easy, simple, fast and convenient and Joanne is incredibly kind and sweet and she works fast. I would definitely recommend this especially for people outside US like me.
Twice and counting (we hope)! Joanne will be so happy to hear this. We'll be here whenever you need us again!
I chose this platform for the convenience of being able to quickly get two people in two different locations to notarize on the same document but apparently without a business account that's not happening. Since I was already invested because you have to pay ahead, I salvaged what I could from the session and if it wasn't' for the extremely helpful and very nice notary Miss Jersey, my experience wouldn't have left me feeling that great. So thank you Miss Jersey for saving the day!
Miss Jersey is a star! We want to make sure you have the full picture for next time: notarizing two signers in different locations is absolutely possible without a business account. Our daisy chain feature allows the first signer to complete their session, and the document is then forwarded to the second signer to complete theirs in two separate sessions. Please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team before your next session and we'll make sure you're set up the right way from the start!
The Notary, Kaya Thompson, was wonderful at her job. She was attentive in her services.
Thank you! Kaya takes great pride in her work and it clearly shows. We'll pass this along to her. Hope to help you again!
Friendly pleasant notary, fast service and way better than waiting in line for the DMV or the bank. Would use notarylive.com again for sure!
We will be here when you need us! Thanks for the awesome review!
This was so easy and fast! I worked with Kaya, she was so sweet and helpful! Highly recommend this for anyone who may need a notary!
That's the goal! Kaya will love hearing this. Thank you for the recommendation and we'll be here whenever you need us again!

Notary live was very helpful in helping me to notarize documents that would have been troublesome to have to travel to a brick-and-mortar notary they were very helpful but they were quick effective and everything came together nicely please make sure that whoever needs you to notarize documents that they are clear about what needs to know to be notarized and what documents needed to be on hand uploaded in a file so that you can easily upload your documents onto notary live overall it was a good experience
Thank you for the thoughtful feedback! We're glad we could save you the trip and get everything sorted quickly. Really appreciate you taking the time to share this!
My notary (Kaya) was extremely helpful and patient. I was having audio trouble and she worked around it and notarized my document incredibly efficiently. She was a consummate professional and wonderful to work with. This was a very time sensitive requirement and NotaryLive exceeded my expectations. I will use this company again in the future, and I highly recommend them.
This is amazing to hear! Audio hiccups happen, and the fact that Kaya worked around it without missing a beat says everything about her professionalism. Kaya will be hearing about this for sure. We look forward to helping you again!
Notarization was professional, cordial, and quick. Thanks.
