It was so quick and easy. I didn't know online notaries were a thing, but now I will be notarizing all of my documents with Notary Live. I didn't even have to get out of bed. So easy.

We appreciate the feedback!
I had issues when I first tried to upload my docs. from my cell phone. After the third time, I chose not to use my cell phone but did it directly from my desktop. That seemed to be the ticket because once I did that, everything went straight through. At that point, everything was seamless. My notary was very pleasant and professional
We appreciate you troubleshooting through it, and we're glad switching to desktop got things moving. We'll take note of the mobile feedback as we're always looking to improve. Happy to hear the notary made the rest of the session smooth and professional!

I cannot tell you enough about how helpful, patient, and kind Keyarrow D. was as my notary for power of attorney for my mother. My father passed away two days ago, my mom is also currently in hospital, and Keyarrow handled my stress and questions with dignity and kindness. She should be commended for her work. Thank you, Keyarrow for your patience and warmth.
First, we want to extend our deepest condolences for the loss of your father, and we hope your mother's recovery goes as smoothly as possible. Keyarrow will absolutely be hearing about this. Thank you for taking a moment out of such a difficult time to share your experience.
