Reviewers had a great experience with this company. Firstly, it took a long time to be delivered. The item I ordered was a 5 point charger, which was useless because it didn’t work. I was charged £18.37 which was a lot more than I thought. Postage cost was ridiculous. I received just over £4 in refund.
However, after many emails, I was offered just £3 which is an insult.
They offered a replacement which I refused because I’d lost trust in the company. Further pleas from me for a full refund were refused. So I end up with an item that doesn’t work plus postage that was ludicrous.
Absolutely useless set up that provides awful service and treats the paying public with contempt.
I was overcharged but after I made contact with the Company the matter was quickly resolved.My item took a while to come but I was happy when it arrived.
I loved the slides but I thought for example the slide of the moon would be on every wall so I was disappointed that it only shone on the ceiling/ one wall. Brilliant idea though.
