I ordered a small bottle of stuff to kill fruit flies. It was about £8 with free postage. I saw that Novevio had taken about £20 and weeks later the item has not arrived. No communication from the company. Avoid this business.

A £35.42 purchase that ended in a County Court Judgment
On 27 June 2026, I ordered three polo shirts from NOVEVIO. My order confirmation showed £28.34, yet £35.42 was charged to my American Express account. The additional £7.08 was never satisfactorily explained. When the shirts eventually arrived on 16 July, their quality and appearance were markedly inferior to what had been advertised. I immediately requested a refund and offered to return them. What followed was a masterclass in appalling customer service. Instead of honouring their advertised money-back guarantee, NOVEVIO offered me £3, then £6, and finally £9. I was also told that returning the goods to China would be expensive. Repeated requests for a full refund and an explanation of the overcharge went unanswered. Eventually, I issued County Court proceedings against the company behind the website, NODIE ELECTRONIC COMMERCE LIMITED. The company failed to respond to the court proceedings. On 16 September 2026, the County Court entered judgment in default against it for £71.23, payable immediately. As I write this, that judgment remains unpaid. Consider the absurdity: a company could have resolved a £35.42 dispute by providing a refund. Instead, it ignored a formal Letter Before Action, failed to respond to a County Court claim and now has a judgment against it for more than twice the original purchase price. This is not merely a dissatisfied customer expressing an opinion. These are documented events, culminating in an actual County Court Judgment. My advice to prospective customers? Read the returns policy carefully, examine the reviews and think very seriously before placing an order. I certainly won’t be buying from NOVEVIO again.
