Item comes from China which was not mentioned at the order point. Tracking is zero help and they won’t cancel or refund. They keep emailing to say order dispatched, please wait. I will refuse the order. It’s too late for me now as it was a gift for someone. Very unhelpful people.

Not what l expected to be honest . l though it would be bigger and project moving images not just one static one, one at a time . It is also very tiny with small parts that you have to constantly change to get a different image each time . Very disappointed unfortunately . Would not recommend unless you wanted one static picture of one item on the wall or ceiling .

Ordered food containers When they arrived they were much smaller than the video showed I asked to return them and they just send an automated response asking for details of the outer packaging This was half ripped off when it arrived The box they were in was intact so I explained this but just keep getting the same message Quality not good either as had scratches

It has finally arrived at the ‘ParcelShop’ which I had to choose because of their choosing Evri to make the delivery. I have had to stop having parcels sent to my home if Evri are chosen for delivery because I saw the delivery driver twice just chucking the parcels towards my door without bothering to get out of the car, plus three parcels that never reached me. So, I hoped they could manage a parcel shop, but even that caused real problems. I have no idea whether the item I bought works or not since it has only just reached me. Novevio when I contacted them were extremely unhelpful.
