I ordered a USB drive
I ordered a USB drive. I was overcharged at checkout so contacted customer service. They refused to refund the £5 that I was overcharged. When the item arrived it quickly became apparent that it didn’t work at all. I contacted customer service and they refused to accept that their product was faulty. In total I contacted them about 20 times trying to get a refund but they flatly refused. Avoid this company at all costs. Once they have your money they’ll keep it, even if the supplied item is faulty.

The item received was not the same as advertised. Very disappointed in the product it us misleading. Light display is small and not bright wish I hadn't bought . Stay away from thus product.
Doggies key fob
The key fob turned up quite quickly which was nice. Been made very carefully by the looks of it. No problem with the delivery. Good service all round.
Cancelled show and speed of refund
Unfortunately a show I had booked for myself and friends was cancelled. I was given a credit to my account to use for a future show. I requested on line that I would like the cost credited to the account I used to pay for My tickets. I had to complete an online form and was sent a reference number. I was today advised my bank account had been credited with the funds and I was very impressed. This has only taken 2 days. Thank you!
