Upon taking a look into your account, we do see that your 2nd charge occurred 1 week after receiving your 1st meal kit. We apologize for any confusion regarding your billing. We do not want any of our valued customers to feel misled or experience any surprise charges so we send out reminder emails 72 hours before you are billed to give you the opportunity to make any changes within your account. We are always here to assist our wonderful customers by email at [email protected] or by phone at 1-833-688-7445. We typically reply to all of our customers within the same day of their inquiry and within 24hrs at the latest! We truly enjoy assisting our customers! Hi Mary, We apologize for any confusion regarding your order. I was able to look into your order and can confirm that it was shipped using UPS Next Day. We shipped your order on Monday 4/5 and it was overnighted and delivered on Tuesday 4/6. On the back of the cardboard sleeve that your meals were enclosed in contained preparation instructions, ingredients and nutritional values.
