Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you didn't like the 2-20 Conversion course. It is text based, as advertised, and designed to take agents with some experience through the required material as quickly as possible while helping them learn what they may not yet know. Our courses are text-based with questions after nearly every page of content, because many people learn better in this type of text based course. There are many fill in the blank answers, and that is because the act of typing an answer will help to lock it in your mind. True-False questions are there to help you remember what is important, not to confuse or trip you up. Our lessons are not graded, but they do tell you whether an answer is right, wrong, or not exactly right - but possibly close enough. Each answer has an explanation to help you remember the correct answer moving forward. Our courses are explicitly advertised as not containing any required videos. Some have short explainer videos, but most don't. Pretty much every page of every lesson has a question to help you lock the important information into your mind. In our experience this is helpful for most students, but not everyone likes this format. Every course contains lessons to explain the material, quizzes to test your knowledge, and a final exam. Some of our courses have added material at the end to help students study for their state exam, but not all do. I will let the instructor know that you think future students will benefit from a wider variety of questions. Again, thank you for your feedback, it is appreciated.

I would like to set up a conversation between you and the author/instructor so that she can discuss our course and any specific topics you didn't feel were covered properly. Florida provides an outline, which each course is required to cover and if there are areas of the outline that are emphasized differently on the testing that can become an issue.
