Hi Nate, We apologize for any inconvenience in this experience. But to protect you and ourselves, we have applied stricter rules in our FRAUD system. Therefore some orders will be manually approved before being released. But 90% of all orders are approved within 10 seconds so we do strive to deliver games for the best price and best service. We hope to see you again in the 2016.

Hi C, We apologize for any inconvenience in this case. Unfortunately we do experience customers having issues when using Paypal, and we are looking into this issue. We are happy you made it work with a credit card and we hope to see you again in the 2016. Thank you for choosing OnePlay.com.

Hi Nicklas, We apologize your experience, but we don't add extra games in your basket. Our system confirms if you have chosen to view your activation key. We delivered you your key in your game library and your key has been marked as shown. Before choosing to see your key, you will see a pop-up window that says: "Dear X If you proceed to your game key you will no longer be able to get a refund. Oneplay sells gamekeys to third party Providers and is unable to check if a key has been used. Oneplay will Always replace a faulty key". Unfortunately, we can't give you a refund or cancel your order when the key is shown. Again we must emphasize that we do not add extra games in your basket.

Hi Kurt, Your order was marked as unsafe in our system, we therefore contacted you to confirm that it was your order, we did this to be sure that your order was not fraud. We apologize if this was a bad experience for you, we are only trying to protect our customers and ourselves. We had no intentions of making this a complicated transaction. We hope to see you again at OnePlay.
