Hi there, we are truly sorry that your experience felt frustrating, but we would like to clarify how our cards work and provide important context on how your situation was handled. First, you absolutely can purchase items that cost more than your gift card balance. Our users do this frequently by either adding funds directly within our app before shopping online, or by splitting the payment at an in-store checkout. Regarding the shipping mix-up, our corporate billing address was inadvertently entered into the shipping fields during the checkout process. As soon as you reached out, our customer support team was right there with you every step of the way to fix it. The store, who was highly accommodating and issued a full refund so you could safely re-place the order to your preferred address. We are glad our team was able to help guide this to a positive resolution, and we wish you the best moving forward.
