Irresponsive customer service and not honoring delivery timeline. At the time of purchase, they would tell you estimated delivery timeline of 7-9 working days. Enquiring on the 5th, 7th, and 9th working day after the order placement via e-mail, whatsapp, tel, Instagram, FB messenger would result in no response at all. Effectively, they are not honoring the 7-9 working days advertised on the order page and it is false advertisement. The absence of customer service is also not helpful.
