Nothing but a SCAM. What I received was nothing like picture or quality of what they were saying. When you try to return they won't give you an address to return to, you have to take a pic of item and pkg it came in, then they let you go 2 or 3 more emails (a week in between them) before they say you pay shipping back and they will give 20% refund..... still never giving you an address to return to. I am out the $50 I spent but a lesson well learned.
Totally fraudulent company they advertise a product that they do not provide the shoes they sent were poorly made smaller than size advertised and had no padding inside at all When I tried to return as per their website they refused to allow me to return then finally said they had to be mailed to china even though they were mailed from Normal Illinois working with Pay Pal ( they process payments for this company ) and my Freud card company do not buy this company is major fraud
Merchandise received was inferior, did not fit well and lacked comfort. Although company is responsive to emails, they do not provide refunds (even though stated on their website). Please save yourself a headache and not order from this Hong Kong company. I will be researching if any way to recoup my money.
Somebody knew how to get seniors to accept their claims to offer superior comfort, support and fit with the "orthopedic" shoes I ordered. I paid a total of nearly $50, and I think the high price was partly responsible for my belief that this should be a quality and useful product. As with other reviewers, I was extremely disappointed in the trashy quality and fit of the shoes they sent, direct from China. Beware these scammers!
Saw the advert on the internet. Professional web site. Ordered on Sept 15. Expected to receive in a week or so. Began to track. "Order not in the system." A few days later, Shenzhen: Inbound in sorting center." The next day: Shenzhen: Outbound in sorting center." Then to "Hong Kong: Entered into the sorting center." A few days later arrived in the US & processed through customs. Arrived Oct 1. What did I receive. The shoes arrived in a mylar bag not a box. Orthoture says genuine leather. Reality imitation leather. Orthoture says "Made in Florence Italy" Reality: Made in China. Red color came in tan. Right shoe one size smaller than left.
The product was poorly made and arrived as if it was placed in a press. All materials used in its construction were of inferior quality. In my many, many years of placing internet orders, this item rated last (a minus 10 of 10). Based on other reviews, I won't waste my energy in trying to send the item back to CHINA. Shame on Microsoft Solitaire for carrying this products advertisement.
I honestly thought I had fallen for a scam when I went into the tracking link and it added an app on my computer which I automatically deleted and emailed Orthoture to cancel my order. I was still suspicious when I received an email from Scenery Trade Company advising that my order was being shipped. I waited to see if my order actually made it to me. It did and I can honestly say the shoes are great. Good quality and very comfortable.
Poorly made and not true to size- much too small and I ordered a half size larger than usual. Worse still is that the shoes were advertised as 'orthopedic walking shoes' and they have ZERO arch support and no cushion at all in the sole. Total junk!! I've tried to contact the company at both of their customer service email addresses to arrange a return but, they don't reply. I've now initiated a dispute through Paypal and my credit card company.
