Still waiting. Ordered goods on 20th November. Neither of the supplied tracking numbers are recognised. Supposed to be in this country, could be anywhere!

Be aware this company ships from China. My item "shipped" quickly from the company. However, it has been stuck at a Chinese outbound sorting center for 3 days with no movement. The USPS number they gave me is not valid. Getting close to disputing the credit card charge.

Sorry to hear about the trouble with your order. Sometimes packages may experience slight delays during international transit, and the USPS tracking number usually becomes active once the parcel reaches the United States. Please feel free to contact us at [email protected] with your order number, and we’ll look into this right away to help. Thanks for your patience!

So thrilled to hear it! Nothing beats a speedy delivery, especially when it's for an awesome grandma like you. Wishing your granddaughter a very merry Christmas! 😘
Is very pretty but the name is just printed I thought that will be embroidered
Just for this and a simple doll is overpriced a lot, could do this myself with just a random doll.

Hi karen! Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! We're thrilled to hear you're happy with both the quality of your toy and our quick service. We hope to see you again soon! 😘
This is the second set I am ordering.
It was to be given as a birth gift for little boys.
The parents loved the item and the babies enjoy the toy.
I find the personalization of the toy very nice.
