When we offered to present the mortgage documents that include both co-buyers' names, they claimed to have conducted an exterior inspection and concluded that the co-buyer didn't reside at the house. After much back and forth, they incorrectly apologized for the co-buyer's death—who is very much alive. It seems they were scrambling to find a reason to cancel the policy for some reason. （请注意，我们从未提出索赔）。 Next, they issued the refund check to the co-buyer whom they had declared deceased.
