Hi Abrianne, we’re sorry to hear about your negative experience. It’s important to us that our claims process is as efficient and helpful as possible, and we sincerely apologize for the delay. We immediately passed this along to a claims manager who has informed us that you have now been provided your date and cause statement and are being provided with any additional info needed for your GAP claim as the info becomes available. While the claims process can often take time to ensure accuracy, we want you to know your claims rep is actively working to reach a resolution and has been in touch with you to provide an update on your claim status. If you have any other questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact your claims rep directly.

Steve, we're very sorry to hear about your recent claim experience. We understand that the circumstances surrounding a claim are stressful, and at Branch, we are committed to supporting our members throughout this process. We immediately forwarded your concerns to a claims manager, who looked into your claim. Unfortunately, it was determined that the claimed damage in question was roof age-related wear and tear, which is not covered by your homeowners policy. We understand that this may be disappointing. If you have any further questions regarding the denial of your claim, we encourage you to get in touch with your assigned claims rep.
