Ouros Jewels

Thank you so much for sharing your kind feedback!

Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us! As for the IGI, we do provide it for any stone above 1 CT, which did not meet your order, and that's the reason we weren't able to provide you with it. And shipping does take approx. 2-3 weeks of production and another week for delivery. That's mentioned on our website as well! However, we genuinely do appreciate your recommendation and would keep your raised points in our minds! We also look forward to working with you in the future at anytime!

Thank you so much! Glad to know you adore your ring!

Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! Genuinely glad to know you're satisfied with your purchase, and we wish for you to adore them for eternity!

Thank you for your kind feedback!

Thank you so much for your lovely feedback! So glad to know you've made many purchases before, and it was truly our pleasure to work on each and every order! We'd love to continue working for you in the future!

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We're truly sorry regarding the initials being engraved. For this, we had also reached out to you, offering a refund for your order, but didn't receive a response from your side. If you wish, we can also provide you with the engraving free of charge and with no additional fees; please reach out to us via email. However, regarding the shipping & IGI, it is clearly mentioned on our website that antique-cut diamonds do not come IGI-certified and need an additional amount to get certified. Also, your order was delivered within a month from the date of the order, as mentioned in our shipping policy. With that being said, please reach out to us at [email protected] with your order details, and we'll be happy to provide any fair resolution meeting your expectations.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're truly sorry to know about your experience with us. We're glad that we were able to reach out to you and provide fair resolution as per your expectations. This is not the type of experience we wish our clients to have or aim for. However, we'd just like to clarify that we have not removed any of your previous reviews. That is not the type of work we practice, as we truly believe in our customer's satisfaction and freedom to share their experience. The review must have been removed by Trustpilot due to lack of information provided by you. With that said, we're happy to make things right with you and would love to clarify any other concerns you might have. We also wish to work for you again in the future. Thank you!

Thank you for taking the time for this feedback. We genuinely apologize for this delay that caused you disappointment and missed a special present for your wife's birthday. Due to the current Middle East tensions, your package was kept on hold by the UPS team. However, we're glad we were able to deliver it as soon as possible and make things right. Also, truly glad to know you felt satisfied about our communication process throughout, and we'd love to work for you again anytime!
