I was scammed by OUSELL. I was taken in by an "after Christmas sale." I ordered some leather goods that were priced very low. Of course it was a scam!!! I can't believe I didn't check this site out first for fraud. I kept emailing for tracking updates. I received an answer to the first email that the order had shipped. After that I was ghosted.

Scam using Google Ads
Ordered several items on Jan 5, 2023. Never received any update or item. I just tried to email them but can't because it's a bad email address. This is a scam that used Google to advertise for them.

Scam... They will provide you fake tracking information and keep you on the hook for 30 days .. long enough to not be able to dispute it with your credit card company. I received an update that the package was place in my mailbox or courtyard (I live in a SFH with none of these things, just a mail slot)... I ordered 2 duffel bags, blazers, and some jackets 🤔. Also the delievey date was on a federal holiday when the mail didn't even run. Compete scam!!!
Obviously took the money and ran
Placed an order back in early January and never heard a thing. But they did charge my card. Complete rip off and no way to contact them. It is a shame that they are able to use Google ads to basically steal from people.

This was almost certainly a scam
This was almost certainly a scam. I spent a little more that I would like to admit due to just feeling in the mood for it. And after waiting for an astronomical period of time for my order, I receive 1 thing in the mail; a ring that looks nice but is of dubious origin. Not nothing, but yeah. Not a fan of this. I suppose at the very least that the learning experience of understanding to look into a website's history before jumping in is priceless, but I am still more than disappointed. I will continue hoping in a small corner of my mind that my real order will arrive. But I shall be exercising much more caution next time.

This company, Ousell, CANNOT improve because they are fraudulent!!!!! The only improvement they are interested in is coming up with more creative ways of scamming customers out of their money & time spent looking over their bogus & nonexistent products. They burnt me & it will NEVER happen again!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! P.S. Like others, after nearly a couple of months of waiting for my order @ $44.44, they sent that cheat adjustable diamond looking ring instead of the leather products I ordered!!!!

I ordered leather jackets at what I thought were unbelievably low prices. And I'm old enough to know you get what you pay for. Ousell is a total scam website. After waiting 29 days I receiving notification that product had been delivered only to find a cheap imitation diamond ring.

Scam Figured i could lose 20.00 so YOU wouldn't have to. Purchased an item immediately got a tracking # honestly this was the only thing that kept me from reversing the charges long ago, the tracking took 29 days just long enough to keep me from reversing the charge with my cc/ tracking says delivered to someones court yard. Its total BS You will get nothing. But my advice is..call your CC company NOW and cancel the charge.
Bought items, instead got a fake ring
Ousell.com claimed to have a Xmas sell so I fell for it. Ordered on January 7th, 2023. On February 10th I received word that my "package" finally came. Excited, I went to only find a small package, I ordered a tote, jacket, hoodie, and one other thing, so clearly this small a$$ box couldn't have contained these items, and sure enough what did I find? A measly little ring with a "certificate of authenticity" claiming the ring was real but clearly it's made of plastic, givin the fact that it's one of those that open up. Never ever again will I fall for this again. Not the worst $47.00 I spent but nonetheless.

This web site is a scam I ordered 4 items and received a free gift which I received nothing that I ordered. Something did show up some sort of cheap ass moissanite ring with a return address that's an empty lot in Montclair California. My advice stay away like a bad habit. Ousell.com is a complete scam
