I bought several items my bill was over $100 and nothing came. The money was taken from my account. I tried to contact the company and never received any reply. Not 1 reply not 1 item came but the money was taken from my account. This is problematic that this business is still advertising and fronting that they sell articles of clothing for very good prices.
Very disappointed and has made me concerned for others being scammed. How many ppl have lost hard earned money bc this internet based retailer is a front for a scam to steal ppls money.

The problem is that they always promise to send my refund because i never received my order.next month will turn 7 months of waiting..this company scam lots of people..i been reading the reviews from others like me,they also did not receive their refund ..never order from this company again...i hope others read this so they can be more careful.....
I never received my order. I never received the replacement order and I never received the promised refund. I have been in communication with this company for approximately five months to no avail. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!
Ordered in January. Never received anything but excuse after excuse. They have no intention of sending a product or refunding any more. Total scam. I hope they burn in hell.
OUSell is a scam site. I placed my order for several men’s clothing items on 16 January 2023 and I never received my items.
I spent €125 on mens apparel, I tracked my order, using OUSell’s tracking link. I also tried to track my otder on AfterShip app. The order could not be found on AfterShip. However, OUSell’s link eventually showed the order delivered.
I filed a complaint with OUSell. Email responses started coming in to me from a different customer support specialist each time I received a correspondence.
I was promised a replacement order. That tracking number could never be verified with AfterShip. My replacement order never arrived.
I emailed another complaint. I was promised a refund. I never received a refund.
Bottom line, don’t send OUSell any money. You won’t receive your order nor a refund.

I fell for the ousell scam back in Feb 2023. After many email replies from "Ken", "Jane", "Carina", and "Alice".
I was finally offered a refund of 60%. However "Alice" warned me that this refund could take a while and should I dispute this order with my CC card company:
"Please kindly notice that,
·CHARGEBACK will typically take several months (traditional refunds just take days).
·If the CHARGEBACK is disputed and won by the merchant, the cardholder may be penalized, or their account may even be closed.
·Cardholders who charge back too often may not get the help they need in cases of legitimate fraud.
·A bank account closed due to chargeback abuse may negatively impact the cardholder’s credit score."
Alice gave me a friendly warning about contacting my CC company. So I contacted the FTC instead.
By the way. I used my "Cash App" card, its a prepaid debit card, I only deposit what i need in it for on-line purchases. So if my card info is sold...the card can not be used to make purchases.
DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY!
BURNING YOUR MONEY WILL GIVE YOU MORE SATISFACTION THAN NOT RECEIVING YOUR CHINESE DEALS.
I ordered a small inexpensive item to test the company (Ousell) and I'm glad I did. The credit card charge goes through right away and after a month of waiting and following what appear to be bogus tracking information (I say bogus, because they never tell you where the item is, where it was delivered from, which processing centre or where the package passed through customs) then when the tracking says the package was delivered is was NOT. They then say they will resend and you get the same results, again still no package. Now it's been two months and the credit card company's hands are tied and no refund can be offered by the cc company and the fine folks at Ousell can not be contacted.
OUSELL IS A COMPLETE AND UTTER FRAUD AND SCAM!!!
I only lost $20 and change.

Ousell Order and Refund not Received
I ordered a few items from Ousell in early January 2023. I never received the items. I requested a refund in early February 2023, but only have received messages to be patient as the refund process takes time (??). DO NOT ORDER from them; clearly a scam.
I placed an order with Ousell.com and never received it so I contacted them and got told to check my neighbours did not have it.
This I did and told Ousell.com who said they would repeat the order. I am still waiting.

I place an order for 2 pairs of Earrings and 5 dresses and they didn't arrive. The tracking number that I was given said that they were delivered, however they were not delivered. After lots of emails to try and find out who the courier was at my end ousell could not tell me. They made up all sorts of excuses and tried to get me to find it. I asked for a refund and they offered 50%. After a few more frustrating emails I agreed to 70%to cut my losses. I have not received any refund which leads me to think that this company is indeed a scam
I am with all the other reviews no stars, they told me the would reship my order I now have two rings. If I keep complaining I maybe able to open a jewellery store.
If it was possible to give them no stars, that would have been my choice. They also respond kindly and seem to be sorry for the failure... What a scam guys...

Not even worth one but there's nothing less. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS SITE FOR ANYTHING I so regret not reviewing this site. I order from the internet all the time and never got this service. The items I ordered never arrived. When I inquiring they insist that it did. They offer to refund 50% of my money because they incur lost.
I should have known something was wrong when my bank contacted me when I initially placed the order. To ask if I authorized the transaction.
