Complete Scam

This is crazy. I ordered a duffel bag last Jan 2022 and received it. Great bag. Now this Jan 2023 i ordered a back pack. They said it was delivered twice. Now from reading the other reviews I see I have been scammed. Never again. Google needs to ban them from advertising on their site

SCAM. Avoid! I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I received a ring box with a fake ring instead of 8 items of clothing—no response from customer services so far... The shipments were from YANWEN, so I did not initially connect the shipment to my order.

Scam

Purchased a bag on 11th of Jan, received order confirmation and tracking details. Never received the item and still no refund. All emails are now being replied with sender BANANA. I must be a monkey for trusting trusting this company

Total scam! Customer service claimed they shipped my items, but nothing came. They then proceeded to offer to re-ship my items. Still waiting. Also, tracking info is bogus.

Zero Rate!

Zero Rate!! This is a complete scam site, never order. There are so many victims, but it is more absurd that Google continues to promote it. I think this site should be investigated. A cheap wedding ring arrived a month after I ordered it. I feel like I've wasted my time and I'm angry. If you are a victim like me, call your bank and report the disupute and get your money back.

100% rip-off. Take money and then SAY package on the way and never arrives. Tracking link provided is a known phishing site.

Complete scam,AVOID

Complete scam, AVOID. Told me order dispatched three months ago, they told me they re sent items twice, they told me I’ve received items but they did not reply when I asked for proof of delivery. My bank is still trying to get my money back.

IF its too good to be true its probably Ousell !!

Cant give a 0 star - total scam agents - will keep you on a string for 30 days with a variety of excuses and different tracking scenario's and numbers till you cannot raise it with your credit card company. DO NOT TOUCH EVER !!!!!

This place sucks

This place sucks. I ordered a pair of shoes two months ago they claim it was delivered on a Sunday mail. Does not run on Sundays where I live. I have sent seven emails asking for a resolution not one response. Buyer beware they are fake.

This website is a complete scam. I purchased some closeout sale items back in late January, it took a while for it to clear US customs apparently, but then I finally got a package on March 6th. Except that it wasn't my order, it was a cheap wedding ring that says it's from California. Complete scam.
