Total scam. They are good at pretending it is real and the good are on their way to you. Of course nothing is received. They take your money but do not provide the goods.

THEY TAKE YOUR CREDIT INFO AND SELL IT, NEVER SEND GOODS.
I placed an order on 1/30/23. On 2/1/23 my CC info was used to make unauthorized purchases in Huntington Beach, CA. Canceled and replaced the card. I never received any goods, reported to CC company on April 14, 23 as a fraud. The tracking link first said they were scheduled to deliver in April 2022!! then said the link was invalid.

Ousell is a complete scam
Ousell is a complete scam. If it seems too good to be true, IT IS! Great pictures of quality merchandise with incredible prices....nothing but a criminal enterprise to steal your money. I've received nothing except a sarcastic email from "customer support" saying, "It's a pity that you did not receive the package." Additionally, the tracking link does not work.
Wish I had done my research
Ordered the leather bag. Received a tracking number. Tracking said it was delivered. BULL! Didn't receive jack! Sent email of fake sympathy. Still no bag. Time to turn info over to FTC. They can read this cause I know they don't care.
SCAM
I ordered Men's Hypercharge 6" WP Work Boot - Black on February 8th, 2023. They gave me a tracking number, and on March 11th, it said it was delivered to my mailbox. I was suspicious as these boots would not fit in our mailbox. After checking our security cameras at/or around when it stated it was delivered, 9:48 am, nothing had been delivered. The US Post office made our mail delivery at 4:30 pm, and they said they did not have a package. I sent an email to shoplineemail.com and have not heard anything yet it's been over a month after.
Great service
Speed of service and back up when I had a question Well done

I would give a -1 if I could. They never delivered the parcel and when I asked for a refund, they refunded instead of $65 only $6. It is a fraudulent shop. Stay away.

Five items of clothing ordered and I received a cheap ring. Never ordered on line before and won't be in future. This advert was on Google and had I checked first I would have seen that it was a scam. Expensive mistake, be warned, avoid. Google should be ashamed that it allows these advertisers to use it.
