I'm A professional graphic designer and…
I'm A professional graphic designer and work with customers around the world, finding Pacdora changed my life! I'm able to give better and faster service quickly (time is money). The many options for 3D and downloading my dieline and mockups are helping, and the software design tools are very cool. super recommended
This mockup generator is by far the…
This mockup generator is by far the best I’ve ever come across. It’s easy to use and you could even customize dielines. It’s exactly what I was looking for, and I recommend it to anybody that needs to make their own mockups. Instead of hiring someone to do it for you, you can just do it yourself now. Thank you!
Excellent Platform and Top-Tier Support!
Pacdora is a fantastic tool for creating high-quality packaging mockups. The interface is intuitive and the results are incredibly professional. What's even more impressive is their customer support. I had a question about my account, and the team was incredibly responsive, helpful, and resolved my issue faster than I expected. It's rare to find a service that excels in both its product and its customer care. Highly recommended!
One red star they avertise as being…
One red star they avertise as being free then you put in the dimension of your box 📦 and as soon as you click download they want you to sign in to get your email adress and once you’ve logged in you hit a paywall. All this is done deliberately and I completely disrespect pacdora for using this method i also send multiple requests to delete my email address and to not start spamming my mailbox because i have a feeling where this is going. If they do not honer my request and still decide to send spam, which is against the law i will file a formal complaint with the ACM i will take the time 🕰️ and effort because im getting tired of these companies using these methods. edit these are also liars claiming its not intentionally done but it is in fact they deliberately made it and used this very specific method with the intent to mislead their goal is for you to design your package and put in all the effort and dimensions and then serve you with their pay wall in the hopes that you are going to make the transaction because you just spend all this time putting in your project its just a criminal method i hope and im kinda certain that most people will not have trouble finding the same so now they are only throwing oil onto the fire which means they don’t care and they are not going to change anything which of course only strengthens my initial thoughts

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly value all feedback — positive and critical — as it helps us improve. We’re sorry to hear that your experience felt misleading. To clarify: Pacdora offers over 3,000 templates and 3D design tools that are completely free to explore and customize. A subscription is only required to export high-resolution files like dielines or print-ready mockups. We also provide free generators, such as the iPhone and Jar Mockup Generators, with no payment needed. We never intend to mislead our users and sincerely apologize. We are actively working to make our messaging clearer so expectations match the experience. If you would like your account deleted and your email removed from our system, please contact [email protected] . We will process it immediately and ensure you will no longer receive any emails from us. Thank you again for your perspective — it helps us continue improving both our product and the way we communicate its value. — The Pacdora Team
Learning with Pandora
I’m an aspiring designer, and Pandora’s extensive resources have greatly strengthened my understanding of keyline work. Their services are exceptional, the team is friendly, approachable, and always ready to help.
Lets you down at the final stage
Honestly this is the most frustrating piece of software. Everything looks amazing on the website - renders are amazing. But the moment I want to download the dielines for print through AI or PDF, the quality becomes AWFUL. Ive had packaging that went to print and was SUCH low quality and realised later it was pacdora and now when I zoom in everything is like this I have downloaded 5 different designs and every print company is telling me the same thing - too blurry. When i then send them the individual designs just on a dieline in canva - it works This is the most important part of it - going to print. Having spoken to customer service they did nothing and it makes this platform USELESS. Don't waste money

I Love it!!!
I Love it!!!! Pacdora is an impressive tool for anyone involved in packaging design and mockups. It stands out for its user-friendly interface and wide range of ready-to-use templates, making it easy to create professional packaging designs without heavy software. The platform allows quick customization, including dimensions, graphics, and layouts, which is ideal for brands looking for speed and efficiency. One of its biggest strengths is the ability to generate 3D mockups instantly, giving a realistic view of the final product. This feature saves time and helps in client presentations. Additionally, the export options for dielines and 3D visuals are highly practical for production purposes.

SITE DELETES SAVED FILES: Worthless Garbage Dysfunctional Site
Worthless Garbage Dysfunctional Site: Deletes saved work multiple times causing hours and days of lost work when pushing the saved button. Wow. Thanks for being yet another crap site. IN 3 DAYS IT DESTROYED MY SAVED WORK 5+ TIMES. WASTES OF TIME!!!!!!!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are very sorry to hear about your frustration, and we completely understand how losing work can be upsetting. We would like to assure you that Pacdora never deletes any user designs under any circumstances. Upon receiving your report, we immediately escalated the issue to our technical team. They reviewed your activity logs thoroughly and confirmed that no deletions were made on our side. The issues you experienced are most likely caused by one or more of the following factors: •Browser settings or plugins that may block or interfere with saving •Network latency or unstable connections affecting the save process •Editing multiple designs on the same box template — when editing different designs on the same box, it is necessary to either select a new box template or duplicate the project and edit the copy. Otherwise, previous designs may unintentionally be overwritten. We sincerely hope this helps clarify the situation. We truly value your work and time, and we are committed to ensuring your designs are safe. We also warmly invite you to consider joining our subscription plan, which provides additional features and enhanced support to make your experience smoother and more reliable. Thank you again for your feedback and for giving us the opportunity to address your concerns. — The Pacdora Team

Free Template Lie
I like the sites templates, however, the site lies about "free downloads". I have even gone from the page from Google that states "Templates Free Instant Downloads" and in the description on THEIR site it even says "Download Free templates from 3000+ to choose from" and low and behold when you click download on any they make you pay. I'd understand if the download included a watermark, but you can't say free when you have to pay a monthly subscription to download any, that's not free. Edit: Yes, if your site was worded correctly, that explanation would work, however, when you use the words "Free Download" and also "Dielines are free to download and use" for the description that's not misleading, that's just lying if there are not any free to download dielines on that tab. You can't say free download, if you have to pay for a subscription.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback — we truly appreciate it, even when it's critical, as it helps us improve. We’re sorry to hear that you felt misled, and we’d like to clarify a few points sincerely: ✅ Yes, we do offer over 3,000 templates that are completely free to use and design with — without any upfront payment or hidden fees. You can explore, edit, and customize all of these templates at no cost. ✅ The design tools and model previews are fully accessible for free, which already sets us apart from many platforms where even viewing or designing templates requires a paid account. ✅ It’s only when you decide to export high-quality files (like dielines, 3D renders, or packaging mockups) that a subscription is required — and we make this clear in the FAQ section on every relevant page. We’ve worked hard to be transparent here. ✅ We also offer several completely free tools, such as the iPhone Mockup Generator, Jar Mockup Generator, and more — where the design files can be downloaded 100% for free, no subscription needed. We understand how frustrating it can be when expectations don’t match experience, and we apologize if our messaging gave you the wrong impression. We’re actively working to improve clarity and make the value of both our free and paid features more obvious. Thank you again for your thoughts — we truly value your perspective. — The Pacdora Team
