Charged repeatedly despite my account showing a Free Plan
I’m extremely concerned about my experience with Pacdora.
I recently discovered multiple £26 charges from PACDORA PTE. LTD. on my bank account. I logged directly into my Pacdora account to investigate, and under “Subscriptions” my account clearly states that I am on the Free Plan and even gives me the option to Upgrade.
Despite this, I have identified six £26 transactions, totalling £156, including another payment currently pending.
I cannot understand why I have been repeatedly charged when the account available to me shows no active paid subscription. I have screenshots showing my Free Plan status as well as records of the charges.
I have now contacted Pacdora requesting an explanation, evidence of what subscription these payments relate to, cancellation of any recurring payment associated with my card and a full refund. I have also raised the matter with my bank.
I will update this review depending on how Pacdora responds and whether the £156 is refunded.
At the moment, I would strongly advise customers to check their bank statements and Pacdora subscription status carefully.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. We’re sorry for the confusion regarding these charges.
We would like to clarify that Pacdora does not intentionally or improperly charge customers without a corresponding subscription or payment record. If the account you are currently logged into shows a Free Plan, the charges may be associated with a different Pacdora account or subscription.
As we are currently unable to identify the account associated with these payments, please contact us at [email protected] and provide the relevant payment details or screenshots so that our team can investigate further.
Please rest assured that we will review your case fairly and do our best to provide you with a satisfactory resolution.

As a Multimedia student, Pacdora has been a very helpful tool for creating packaging mockups and presenting my design projects in a professional way.
The platform is easy to use, even for beginners, and it offers a wide variety of packaging templates. I especially like how quickly I can visualize my designs without spending a lot of time on complex software.
Overall, my experience has been positive, and I would recommend Pacdora to students and designers who need high-quality packaging mockups.

I’ve been using Pacdora while working on a packaging design project, and it has proven to be a very practical tool for creating 3D packaging mockups in a fast and intuitive way.
What I appreciate most is how it removes the need for any technical 3D modeling knowledge. Instead of spending time learning complex software, you can quickly transform an idea into a realistic 3D packaging visualization, which is especially helpful when working under deadlines or developing multiple concepts.
The platform is quite straightforward to use, and the available templates make it easy to explore different packaging styles and formats without a steep learning curve.
From my experience, the free version is already useful for experimenting and producing basic visuals, while the Pro version seems more focused on unlocking higher-quality exports and more polished, presentation-ready results.
Overall, Pacdora is a very efficient solution for packaging visualization, particularly for designers or students who want to focus more on creative development rather than technical 3D execution.

I used Pacdora to create design work for school. I usually struggle to find mockup resources, but it was convenient to be able to download various mockup files from a single website. Additionally, the file quality was excellent, and applying the mockups was very easy. I think I will use Pacdora again if I need to create mockups in the future.

Pacdora is a simple and user-friendly tool for creating packaging mockups. The 3D preview feature is really helpful and makes designs look realistic. Great for beginners and quick projects. However, the free version is quite limited, and some useful features require a paid plan. I personally found it helpful for my design work, especially when I needed quick mockups. Overall, a good platform for basic packaging design.

It was great I used Pacdora for years then they RUINED it to become ANOTHER AI image and video platform. LAME!!
I used Pacdora for years on a yearly subscription, it did exactly what any designer and packaging specialist needs, a good library of dielines, allowing to customize your dielines, and 3D previews of any product. Then they decided they wanted to become a cashgrab forgetting their initial purpose to go from 50 ish bucks a year to 29 Monthly just for you to download dielines, Shame on you! AI platforms for pictures exist everywhere, why not stick to solving the initial issue and stay unique.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your thoughts! We truly appreciate your support over the years.
We understand the pricing change may be frustrating, but we’d like to clarify that the current price has not been increased recently. The rate you previously subscribed to was an early-bird special, which was offered at a very low, even below-cost price. The current pricing reflects the standard rate along with major improvements we’ve made: upgraded servers for a smoother experience, many new AI-powered features, and an expanded dieline and 3D preview library to better serve designers and packaging specialists.
We hope you enjoy exploring the enhanced functionality, and we wish you all the best in your design projects!

I used the Pacdora app for a week and cancelled the €29 subscription, but Pacdora still charged me another month's subscription, another €29. They're scammers.
Reply from Pacdora2026-03-18
Thank you for your feedback.
After checking your account, we found that the subscription was not cancelled before the end of the billing cycle, which is why the automatic renewal occurred. However, as soon as you contacted our support team, we immediately processed the refund for the extra charge.
Please rest assured that we never charge our users unfairly, and we are certainly not scammers. We truly appreciate your support and hope this clarifies the situation.

I’m genuinely impressed with Pacodra and how supportive it is for users who might not have the best conditions to get started. The app offers flexible solutions so everyone can still enjoy a smooth and fair experience.
The interface is super easy to use, everything feels intuitive, and the support team is incredibly responsive and caring 💙
Overall, Pacodra feels user-first, thoughtful, and definitely worth trying!
In Excellent Platform with Great Support and User-Friendly Designthe past
In the past, I used programs like 3ds Max to create box and packaging designs, and generating 3D visuals required a lot of effort. I had heard about several paid programs and tried a few demo versions, but they weren’t user-friendly and didn’t seem reliable for long-term use.
While searching for a better solution, I came across Pacdora on Google and decided to start my membership. I emailed them asking if they could customize some products specific to my industry, and their support team responded quickly. They confirmed it was possible and even notified me by email once the requested product was added to the portfolio — excellent service!
When we combine our own designs with Pacdora’s tools, the result is a stunning visual experience that makes a real difference. I’m extremely satisfied. Now I’m renewing my membership for the second year.
As a small business owner, marketer, and designer, I can confidently say this: Pacdora truly does justice to its mission.
The interface is very intuitive and easy to use. The support team is always fast and helpful, responding promptly to every request.
I absolutely recommend Pacdora! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Incredible tool – even the free version saves me hours of work! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I’m a brand & web designer from the Netherlands, and I recently started using Pacdora - honestly, I’m amazed. Even the free version already offers so many possibilities and has saved me countless hours when creating packaging mockups for my clients.
The interface is super intuitive, the 3D previews look incredibly professional, and it makes my design presentations so much stronger. I can finally show my clients how their packaging will look in real life - without spending extra time in other software.
Because of that, I’m definitely upgrading to the Pro version. Pacdora has become a must-have in my workflow!
I’m absolutely happy with my experience using Pacdora. The software made it incredibly easy to create realistic bottle renders, saving me the time and cost of setting up a full photo shoot. The results look just like real photos, and the whole process was surprisingly fast and smooth. Cassandra was exceptionally kind and supportive, always available to answer questions and guide me through. What really stood out is how accommodating they were with my small project and limited budget – it truly felt like they cared about helping me succeed. Overall, Pacdora has been a game-changer for me, can’t recommend it enough!
