Hi Castilla, We’re very sorry to hear that you did not receive your orders. We understand how frustrating this must be. We’ve reviewed the shipping records associated with the orders we believe may be yours, and the carrier currently shows the shipment as delivered. However, we understand that a “delivered” status does not always mean the package was successfully received by the customer. We have tried to contact you directly but have not yet been able to confirm the correct contact details. We’ve therefore also sent you a request through Trustpilot so we can verify your order details and investigate this properly. Please respond to the Trustpilot information request, or contact us at [email protected] with your order number. We’d really like the opportunity to find out what happened and work toward a solution. — Lam

Hi Adam, We’re very sorry again for the shipping delay and the lack of clear tracking updates you experienced with your order. We completely understand how frustrating it was to receive the brushes separately while waiting for the four paintings. Since your review was posted, we have continued following the shipment and our latest tracking information shows that the paintings have now been delivered. We’ve also reached out to you directly to make sure all four paintings arrived safely and that there are no remaining issues with your order. We sincerely apologize that the shipping and communication did not meet the standard we want to provide. We appreciate your patience and hope you’re finally able to enjoy the paintings you were looking forward to. If there is anything still missing or any issue with the order, please reply to our email or contact us at [email protected] and we’ll be happy to help. — Lam
