Pantry Fried Chicken

Thank you, L Cain, for the kind words! 😊 We’re glad you enjoyed the food and found it to be a great value. Hope to see you back again soon! 🍗✨

Thank you, Mekia, for bringing this to our attention, and we’re truly sorry to hear that a couple of the wings were undercooked. That’s not the experience we want for our guests. We’d really appreciate the chance to make this right. Please send us a message with the details to [email protected] , and our team will follow up with you directly. Thank you for letting us know so we can address this and improve.

Thank you so much for sharing this! 😊 We’re thrilled to hear you really enjoyed your visit, loved the hot chicken, and felt welcomed by our team. That means a lot to us. We truly appreciate your support and look forward to seeing you again very soon! 🍗🔥

We’re so glad you loved the chicken sandwich and wedges! Thanks, Marcus, for the awesome review — we can’t wait to see you again soon. 🐔❤️

Hi there, thank you for sharing this with us. The wait and the confusion about the roll should have been handled with much more care. You’re right to expect better, and we apologize that we missed the mark here. We do charge a very small fee for the roll if it is not a combo meal. We’d really like the chance to make this right. Please come back and ask for the manager on duty — we’ll make sure your meal is on us, and of course your roll too. You deserved better service than what you experienced, and we want to show you how we truly take care of our guests. Thank you again for giving us the opportunity to improve. We hope to welcome you back soon.
