I placed an online order for a 4 piece tender combo with fries and a lemonade, and added an extra side of collard greens at the newly opened Martinsville ,VA location. When order was picked up I didn’t get my drink nor my greens. I understand this is a new location that just opened yesterday but I feel more attention should be paid to the orders to ensure items paid for arent being missed. I was on my lunch break and with this being a new opening restaurant, the line was out the door so I could not wait in line to get my missing items

Ordered on the app. At 9:30 p.m. but order was able to be accepted until 10a.m. pickup time 10:30. Arrived and had me wait in drive thru for about 20 minutes then had me park and wait additional 20 to 30 minutes. Went inside to check for order still not ready. I ordered 6 wings, 6 nuggets, 4legs,potato wedges and chicken gizzards which they forgot. Order came up to about $27. They gave me a soda, spicy chicken sandwich and about 5 pieces of chicken for my wait. Which was great, but I do food content and I wantedthe gizzards. The legs need more seasoning gave them a 2 out of 5. The packaging made the potato wedges soft and cold. The wings where juicy with favor but big I gave them a 4 favor was good. The nuggets where good and seasoned but again the packaging made them lose there crisp. Gave them a 3.5 out of 5. Chicken sandwich had favor and was juicy. They used a large tender for the chicken instead a chicken breast, but I gave it a 4 out of 5. Overall rating 3.5 due to the chicken legs not having enough favor or seasoning. Would recommend everyone trying them out. Just have to workout the new staff and get better at feeling orders. Location Martinsville, VA new store on Memorial Ave.
