PaperTrue has been really helpful. When I had problems regarding the 5% student discount on my first editing, they went out of the way to help me. I also appreciate the free sample editing, they were really prompt to return me the editing within a day. From the sample editing, I was able to understand what were the potential problems the editors may have with my PhD thesis, so I could list them out for the editors to take note of when they edit my chapters of thesis.
The editors were also prompt to return my PhD thesis a few hours before the deadline. They improved the styling and phrasing of my PhD thesis, and also gave helpful comments. However, they should improve on their accuracy.

Thanks to my detail-oriented and professional editors, my documents are much improved in grammar, clarity, and structure. I appreciate their efforts. Documents were delivered on time.
We often use PaperTrue for editing and reviewing. They always provide quick turnaround options, and very cost effective. Staff are always happy to answer any queries. Deliveries are always to the highest standard, improving on grammar, syntax etc which is a huge help.
I think paper true provide an excellent service. I am dyslexic and knowing I have the backup of a professional proof reading service is an excellent comfort to me.
i like the fact that when i ask for…pricing, you never add to the cost.
i like the fact that when i ask for pricing and you all decide what I need, I have received it at the given price. and you all actually ease my anxieties because it takes a lot of pressure off of me when I am confident that your editing is on point.
My experience was phenomenal! I had multiple challenges with technology, mainly computer glitches, that would not allow me to center my work or use my school template properly. PaperTrue was familiar with my school's template and easily formatted by paper and made edits to my writing as well. As a result, I was able to submit an exceptional paper. Thank you!
Response times may vary depending on time zone? or system saturation, and updates occur without prior communication when paying for the service

Hello Marcos,
Thank you for your feedback. At PaperTrue, we strive to provide clear and timely service to our clients.
To clarify, the payment you made was processed correctly and securely on November 2nd (local time in Chile), though the confirmation generated by our payment processor displayed the time in Indian Standard Time (IST). We understand that this may have led to some initial confusion, which is why we promptly responded to your inquiry and requested a short wait for our team’s follow-up.
While we regret that this has affected your experience with us, we would like to assure you that the payment processing and timeline were fully in line with our service standards. Nevertheless, we appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our communication around such matters.
If there is anything further we can do to address your concerns, please feel free to reach out.
Thank you,
Team PaperTrue
Papertrue did an excellent job in correcting my English, grammar, and style. Now I’m confident that my book is in perfect language. Communication has been rapid and efficient. I highly recommend it.
The editors' comments on some passages made me reflect upon what I tried to say by rather confusing expressions and helped me recognize what I really meant and figure out how to formulate it more appropriately. I truly appreciate that.
