I can't believe how stunning and efficient your work is! To be honest, I just got fraud for £500 yesterday on another website for editing, so I was little worried if I will get nothing back this time either, since the person in the chat box saying yes to my unreasonable request. (I have a heavy work need to be edited in a very short time) It turns out the editor is so professional and I can't even trust it how they could do it so well in such a short time. Thank you Papertrue!!! You saved my life!
PaperTrue went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with the editing of my document in archaic English. At the end, I finished with a job well done, ready to be sent to the print machine.
Thanks PaperTrue.

Great job from Papertrue.
They were agile, delivering the proofread doc before the agreed time. Changes and suggestion were very good and relevant. Fair price, and great support when i found some billing issues. I would totally recommend Papertrue.
Amazing! It was very useful and help me to understand by comparing my original and edited Papertrue proofreader works. They help me to correct the grammars, sentence structures, formatting and many more. Can't wait to come back again :)
The best decision I made. I graduated from medical school and sent paper true my personal statement for review. They did a fantastic job at an affordable price. I could not have been much happier
Excellent services from Papertrue editing in just 24hours with perfect language, grammar, references, in-text citations. I think this was the best service I ever received
My thesis was edited perfectly. I have even received suggestions about numbering the tables. They asked for a delay of three days due to the complexity of the document which was fine for me. The chat with customer support was also helpful for any question I had. I have not found so fast editing and proofreading for a lower price at the time.
A very poor job, waste of time and money!!(papertrue.com)
My original file was in latex format and I mentioned it in the comment box while submitting that :"my original file is in latex format to avoid difficulties with it, I copied the text into word file. Please ignore latex commands you see in text e.g \cite{...} ". For editor convenience, I attached the pdf of the file as well.
When I received the edited the file, I saw that the editor has gone through my word file and has changed the font, deleted the latex commands, HAS COPIED THE FIGURES from the pdf file into the word file!!!! I wonder who asked for these things? That word file was temporary file.
The total number of comments genuinely about "proofreading" didn't exceed 10! I didn't ask for file format editing, I was hoping to receive a text perfectly edited, cleaned of grammar mistakes and with nice suggestions about word choice or better sentence structure!!
A very poor job, wasted my time waiting for the proofreader. Not recommanded at all. They agreed to refund me, but hasn't been refunded yet.

Hi Mary,
Your original requirements stated, “My thesis is in Latex format and it needs to be complied. To avoid those difficulties, I copied the text into a word file and send it to you. Meanwhile, I attach here the pdf of the final format for having a clear picture of the final output.”
The editor, in good conscience, concluded that “it needs to be complied” meant that your Word file needed to comply with the PDF displaying the final format. Our services comprise editing, proofreading, and formatting; your editor thus took great effort to ensure the Word document did not show any traces of the original LaTeX formatting and appeared exactly like the PDF, so you received a final document that was ready to submit. This is why she changed the fonts, removed the LaTeX commands, and copied the images from the PDF into your Word document.
We understand that an honest mistake remains, nonetheless, a mistake – and we sincerely apologize for the editor’s erroneous interpretation of your editing requirements. We have taken strong action to ensure the editor does not repeat this mistake, and we assure you such an issue will never recur.
We have a separate procedure for directly editing LaTeX documents in the .tex format using ShareLateX.com, without any formatting problems produced by conversion to the .docx format. We would be glad to have the opportunity to edit and proofread more documents for you using this system, and provide you with the impeccable language refinement you expect.
As far as the language editing is concerned, we made changes to 672 words out of 3255 words which averages to a 20% change - a very high number in our regard. The document's language, formatting and presentation was significantly improved and in all our discussions hitherto, you never questioned the quality of editing which seems to be concur with our conclusion that the editing was indeed of very high quality. It comes to us as a surprise that you've brought the quality of the language editing into question in this review.
As for the refund, we have already issued a refund for the amount that was agreed upon, as recompense for the misinterpretation of your instructions by our editor.
We take the quality of our service very seriously which is evident in the hundreds of positive reviews in this platform. We've tried our best to make amends in your case and have largely succeeded in reaching an amicable resolution. We hope to work with you again and continue being of professional service to you.
Regards,
Nicky Harloff

I had my second chapter from my dissertation delivery with an amazing quality and feedback. I am feeling so confident now with the team editors that are available for me any time I need support. I really appreciate to have these professionals taking care of my dissertation. Thank you Paper True!
The people at Papertrue were very caring at all times when I had to consult them. I received my document properly edited, with many helpful comments from the reviewer. The overall job was excellent, and I will come back to them for future academic articles for sure.
My experience using the services from PaperTrue was fanstastic! first, they work very fast and then, they are available for us to contact if we have questions and need to redo something again without cost. I felt very confident with my writing skills after finding them. I need to "thank" my husband that was overwhelmed with my dissertation phase and looking for editors for more than 6 months. We had some people that did not work well and at the end, I spent more money and time. At the end, I also had more work to do and not a good score. I was really worried this week but my husband called the PT customer service and talked to them. He felt confident and recommended me the PaperTrue. Now, I am felling without stress because I know that my dissertation will be the way it should be. Thanks very much for your amazing service!!
PaperTrue is a great company. They edited my book with care and professionalism. Their attention to every detail from my ordering process to delivery was perfect. I even forgot to add the last page and even though they had already delivered my edited book I asked if they would add this last page and they did it at no cost without question. They took the time to care about a customer and that makes me a customer for life. Thank you PaperTrue..
So far, I have used PaperTrue twice and had a very satisfying experience.
Both editors were open to my suggestions and requests, and I had instant feedback whenever I had questions.
It was my advisor who has recommended me TruePaper, and I intend to recommend it to others as well.
The work done was of high quality and the editor really made sure that my message was delivered clearly. Customer care were really patient with me. Furthermore, the editor promptly answered any technical questions which I had. Wouldn't give them 5 stars due to a slight delay in the delivery of the document. Other than that, completely satisfied. :)
