Thank you for sharing your story! We understand changing carriers after so many years can feel intimidating, and we are glad the process was easy. We also appreciate your voicemail feedback and are glad our notifications help. We are honored to support Christian conservative causes and values while serving you! Patriot Mobile Team
We hear your concerns and want to help. Patriot Mobile runs on auto-renewal monthly billing, not a pay-as-you-go setup. Service continues until you call us directly to verify the account, then port out or deactivate phone number(s). Please give us a call at 972-PATRIOT (option 2) so we can help you close your account properly. God bless! Patriot Mobile Team

Thank you for your kind review! We are happy your switch from your previous carrier was smooth and that our representative could answer all your questions clearly. It is exciting to hear your coverage is stronger, and your costs are lower. As an American-owned and operated company, we proudly support Christian conservative causes and values in everything we do.
Thank you for sharing your experience! We’re grateful you recognize our commitment to Christian values and our focus on putting America first. It’s wonderful to hear you’re enjoying reliable cell coverage and clear communication with our English-speaking representatives. God bless! Patriot Mobile Team
We appreciate your feedback. At Patriot Mobile, delivering excellent service and ensuring seamless experiences for our members is our commitment. We apologize for not meeting that expectation in this instance. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Patriot Mobile Team
Thank you for your feedback. We are committed to delivering exceptional service and a seamless experience for all our members. We’re sorry to learn we fell short of your expectations. We’d like to address your concerns and clarify any misunderstandings. Please call 972-PATRIOT (option 2) so we can help you! Patriot Mobile Team
