Service was not good

Service was not good. Phone was lost, they said they put me back on Verizon because att was terrible. Phone shows signal, running slow, reboot brings up att logo!

Excellent move

Porting over from T mobile was effortless. We are out on the riad now and connection has been faultless.

For the most part

For the most part, I have been very satisfied with my service. I seem to be using high speed quicker than I did before which is causing slow periods (I never experienced this before).

The folks I spoke with when signing up were courteous and extremely helpful during both the sales part of the transaction and the set-up. I was pleasantly surprised at the time the sales person was willing to spend in setting up my account - he even suggested that the amount of data I wanted might be more than I need and suggested the next data tier down. The real surprise came when I was passed to the technician who helped me set up my E-sim and the lines on my phone. He was infinitely patient with me as he walked me through the process and his instruction were clear and easy to understand. My experience with Patriot was way better than my previous carrier. I would recommend them to anyone.

I appreciate Patriot Mobile's low cost options and right leaning conservative work and contributions. I do not appreciate their lack of transparency regarding upcoming changes, i.e. losing voicemail options while asking related questions and voicing concerns during a customer service phone conversation.

I moved from a big name company after 20+ years. Everyone I spoke to at Patriot Mobile made the porting process easy. They have the nicest customer service of anyone I ever worked with. The service has been great! So I have no loss in service or coverage and pay 75% less. And the fact that I am no longer paying a company who supports things I do not believe in, make it the best financial move Ive made in years.
