Your staff worked with me to try to get a new cell phone activated. It turned out to be locked. With the Galaxy 17 you provided, the installation went just fine. I haven't had time to explore all of the apps, but so far the new phone and PM are doing just fine. The camera takes great pictures.

The young man on the phone when I needed to restore my phone, 910- 520-2545, was beyond helpful and very patient as I had a hard time time with slot. He stayed with my husband and I till we got the Victory. Praise the Lord Jesus Christ and thank you Patriot Mobile.

The service is great, Pro's and Con's
The service is great. The one thing I love is if you call customer service you get someone that speaks clear English. What I have a problem with is the cost and limited data. My old carrier cost was $70.00 for two phones with unlimited data, now I am paying $90.00 for two phones,one with 10G the other 4G data. For me I feel like getting less for more.

Your customer service is lacking
Your customer service is lacking. I had a horrible time figuring out why my brand new phone had an echo. Your customer service told me to reach out to Google instead of please send the phone in or I will send you a replacement. That would have been a better answer. When I asked for management to reach out to me this never happened. Not good at all after numerous requests. When I was on T Mobile I had unlimited data at a cheaper price. Your service at times is sporatic I. Lately I will say my cell service has been very good so it has improved.

Being somewhat tech challenged, the patience and kindness of the Patriot Mobile representatives, as they walked me through the switching of carriers and setting up our phones was outstanding!

Patriot Mobile is the only cell phone carrier I will ever use again. I got fed up with Verizon's and other cell service providers' service. When you call, you have to go through an automated menu that tries to keep you from talking with a real person. At Patriot, you get to talk with a real person based in the United States. They provide exceptional service at a price that is way below the big carriers. It is just ignorant to have any other service.
No bars to full bars
Well to start with my old carrier was almost always no bars or emergency only. Funny thing when I told them I was leaving I got one bar all the time. After two months of this it was too late. And I was getting my text messages anywhere from a couple of hours later to a couple days later. When you go to a birthday party go home and then receive the txt message invitation it makes you think you may have the wrong carrier. Anyways, Patriot was full bars right from the get go and no problems with the text messages. It's been a couple of months now and I have no complaint's. Thank you.
So Glad We Switched
Switching was so easy and the staff was so nice. No foreign customer service is a BIG PLUS. We get great signal in our remote home. The things this company stands for and supports is phenomenal. Our first bill was over $100 cheaper! So glad we switched, so far.

I align with patriot mobile AND real american answers every dam time so that alone is worth the extra 15 dollars a month I could save at a company like Verizon or T mobile who hate me and my believes.. thanks patriot mobile
