Very friendly and helpful sales, customer service representatives, and support staff throughout the transfer of service process. They were all very patient with not only myself, but with the representatives of my former carrier, even though it appeared that the former carrier was trying their best to make the process difficult and lengthy. Former carrier was T-Mobile. Even though I was with my former carrier for 32 years, I am very happy that I changed.
My first month with Patriot Mobile has been a pleasant experience with no negatives of any kind to report, only positive, professional, dependable/reliable service. Patroit mobile saw me through an inconvenient banking delay in a usable pay source with a swift & comforting response when I called. Imediately upon signing up with Patriot Mobile my service improved twice of what I had from a giant provider, and they did not oversell me service so my cost is more within my means. The agents are kind and have cared for mt needs better than I have ever gotten. I have no complaints only praise for their service.
Well, first of all, you get to deal with a real person, that is very knowledgeable about what they’re talking about. The transfer over was seamless and I love the thought that my money is going to help conservative values. I have not noticed any difference in my coverage from the big carriers, except for the price thank you Patriot Mobile. I would highly recommend.

I have had a great experience with patriot mobile because i know that I am paying in to a Christian/Veteran owned and operated American company. The agents are professional and courteous. I was with Verizon for 17 years, and was being charged more and more and stolen from one way or the other the whole time. Now i am confident that my money stays here in the USA, and puts profits back in to American hands. Also i can run on whatever towers work best for my area.
