I was afraid of changing carriers for 2 reasons. 1 was im in my 70s and 2 I had been with the same carrier for all of my cell phone life.
BUT it was so easy. I've recommended to all my older friends to save some dollars and switch to PM who also carries my beliefs in their company
My only complaint ( which isn't really a complaint but just really different ) is the way my Voice Mail is delivered in that ive been used to an icon that I had notification turned on. In fairness PM does deliver in 2 ways with a small notification on top of phone & i think a text or email ( sorry I'm old can't remember exactly which one :)

The agent was very helpful and informative! What he said would happen did! Made transferring from old carrier as easy as possible. He walked me through the steps I needed to allow Patriot to pick up my lines. Most important to me, Patriot saved me a pile of money!!!

When I signed up I expected 20% off for having 4 lines and $10 off per line for the offer I had heard on TV. The customer service rep who entered my first 3 lines changed the promo code and I lost $30 in activation fees. When I added the Forth line the next day, the multi-line discount never got added to that line, the most expensive line. The multi-line discount was corrected with a phone call today, but the $30 in activation fees for the first 3 lines is money I mentioned when I added the 4th line, but never got refunded due to the promo code entered by the cust. service rep. who took the original order.

My phone has been telling me” Message not delivered” Even to you! I really miss having a person in an office that I can go talk to to fix my phone.
Somehow, T-Mobile keeps sending me bills. I don’t know if I didn’t get canceled correctly or what happened when I signed up. He said he was going to keep me on T-Mobile. I would rather be on something else. I’m very upset with T-Mobile. Can I have a phone number to use when I need help?

Had a couple of hiccups early on but they took care of them and haven't had any trouble since. Except for one guy, the customer service has been really good. Price is good too.
