The sandal almond colour received not in good condition.the soles is very dirty and not easy to clean also.

I bought this shoe because it was not available in the Malaysian website...I rated 2 because of international shipping and for the custom...at least tell we should pay the custom tax first..
Delivery came within 2 days. Shoe size was small but managed to exchange for the correct size. A very pleasant purchase and service. Thank you Pazzion and keep up the good work!

I just did shopping online with Pazzion website. When I received my package, I found the product’s size I ordered doesn’t match. It supposed to be 37, but you sent me 35. I wanted to call customer service to see advise. But the call 67421211 never answered by customer service staff. Now the issue haven’t settled down.

Process to submit exchange request was straight forward and the customer service got back promptly with the available options and also with clear instructions after I indicated that I would head down personally to a retail store to do the exchange.
