Terrible experience with Wendlly. Ordered 3 dress items, none of which as portrayed on their website. I took photos and sent to Wendlly with my request for a full refund. Items received were "stamped on" designs, not embroidered as depicted on the website and poor quality material. When I asked to return for full refund was given a complete run around - asking me to keep for a 10% discount. This went back and forth several times. I finally surrendered, paid full price and donated all 3 items, $100 total, to Good Will!! Terrible clothing!!!

This company is fraudulent. They advertise products that look like hand-crocheted or stitched, and the product you receive is just a picture on cheap fabric. I received a rather large order, and every piece was junk. In fact, I received a shirt that had a seam running horizontally through lettering, and the letter parts did not even line up or match. I have been reaching out to them for MONTHS, and all I have ever been offered is a COUPON to buy more products from them, not free, but 10-30% off another order of fraudulent junk.
This company is not trustworthy. I ordered 3 ‘250’ shirts for myself. The only positive is that the shirts fit and the customer service was responsive. Lies/Misrepresentions: - shirts were not the quality expected based on website pictures and descriptions - were said to be made in the USA. Probably not. They were shipped from China. - stated return policy included refunds/ exchanges. Customer Service refused to facilitate a return and offered a discount coupon on a future purchase. Ya think? Not going to happen. - company name on my Paypal charge was not Wendlly.
The 250 years shirts did not look like on the web site. I had emailed to company and they told me they would get back to me. They didn't so wrote them again and was told my return date was too late. Wrote them again and again and I still have not gotten a response from them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
Do not buy from this company! I bought a blouse and some shorts, the blouse looked very pretty, yhe embroidery on, it claimed to be a linen mix fabric, when it arrived, it was nothing like the picture, there was no embroidery on it, just a pattern printed on very cheap shiny material, the shorts also looked nothing like the one's in the picture. And were a lot shorter too. There were no details of how to do a return, therefore I emailed them, they didn't give me any details, the just offered me 10% off my next order, p I replied to say that I didn't want a discount, I.just wanted a return and refund, there reply to that was an offer of20% off, I replied again, saying no thank you, can I please have the details to make a return, so on it went, 30%. So, after this, I rang my bank, who said that because we had been negotiating, it was classed as a civil dispute and they couldn't help. I then spoke to paypal, who I payed with, they managed to refund me half the money, so i have given up now.
The only problem I had was communication. It would have been a 5 otherwise.

I ordered a shirt that was advertised as 4 day shipping on 6/30/26. I sent an email asking where it was on July 22 with no response. I sent another email on July 31st. I received a letter that the shirt was no longer available but I could choose another item for up to $5 more than my current item to replace it. On Aug 1, I told them I wanted a refund instead. Aug 8, I got a response that they were referring it to the relevant department. It is Aug 26th with no response. I am sending another email asking for my refund immediately. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY MAY BE FRAUDULENT.
Shirts looked amazing on website. Sequin, denim and cotton fabrics. When they arrived they were screen-printed. No sequins, polyester fabric. HORRIBLE.
I have had the same experience as many others. I ordered several beautiful looking embroidered and embellished garments. I received cheap polyester printed items which were totally unwearable. Wendlly offered a 10 percent discount on my next order which was unacceptable. I went straight to Paypal and told them that the clothing items were fake/counterfeit and not at all illustrated. I sent photos to demonstrate. As soon as I sent my complaint I received an immediate full refund. They must process these claims using AI. So my advice to others is not to cause yourself stress or waste time dealing with Wendlly but; go straight to PayPal or your debit/credit card company. Good luck!
I ordered 3 different 100th anniversary shirts from Wendlly. The first two were very poorly made and the graphics were terrible. I ordered a third shirt from another company and the confirmation email was from Wendlly again. I cancelled the order within hours and was informed that they would forward to the correct department. They shipped the order anyway and I received it approximately 3 weeks later. I have been requesting a return shipment label since June 28th. This is the response they sent to me: I’m guessing at this point you have blocked my emails. I’m still requesting to hear from a Manager. I should.not be held responsible for a mistake on your employee’s behalf. I’m really sorry that I don't have the right to cancel orders, but I did apply cancellation to my superior.Maybe the manager didn't have time to deal with it in time.” They finally sent me an address in China to send the order back and said I was responsible for duty taxes and shipping. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I donated the first 2 shirts to Good Will. I will be burning the third unopened package in my fire pit.
I wouldn't even give a one star review, purchased 4 dresses they were supposed to have embroidery on them and lace. All I got was cheap fabric with printed patterns on them nothing like described. Contacted them, send photos asking for a refund, said it would take 5 working days here we are 5 weeks later they are not replying to emails. I would like to have added photo's so you can see how disgraceful these item are but there isn't an option.
Early Spring brought tons of ads for this company's patriotic products to celebrate our country's 250th. I ordered two items, both colorful, one linen. I received one of the ugliest, dull-colored tops I've ever encountered, and one brightly colored plastic-y one resembling a picnic tablecloth in texture. Repeated contact with their service department yielded, at best, their final offer: I could keep their ABSOLUTE CRAP and was offered a discount on a future order of crap. SKIP this shyster operation at all costs! Might as well throw your money in the trash.
This is an update for a previous review for this company. I have been trying since June 21 to get a refund. The product was very poor and I was unable to get a refund. I contacted them every few days and they just said it was going through departments for review. They offered me a 10% and then later 30% discount coupon. Why would I buy a product from them again? After my first complaint and review in trustpilot, they did respond to me, but now two months later they have done nothing. They are a scam company. They provide a poor product and they do not refund. Stay far away from this company. I am thankful that I have found trust pilot to be able to review companies before I buy anything.
I purchased two things from this company prior to the Fourth of July. The website indicated today’s shipping so I thought it would be there by the holiday. Instead, it came two weeks later. The quality of the fabric and the fit are both so poor that I didn’t want to keep them. I followed the companies process requesting a return. It’s been six weeks and I still don’t have a refund and all I get from the company is the runaround and a discount offer for a for future purchase. I would never buy from this company again.
BEWARE! I ordered from online pictures which showed clothing that looked like it was very high quality. There were rhinestones on one of the shirts in the picture but when I received it, the rhinestones were only printed on and very cheap looking. The fabric of each item was very cheap polyester. I spent almost $100 for three items that if bought on the city street, would have cost $30 to maybe $40 tops! The customer service email I got back from my refund request admitted that the picture of the clothing did seem to be misleading. They would not give me a return label and refund. They offered me a discount voucher to buy more merchandise and said it was a generous offer on their part and that I could keep the merchandise (NO REFUND) My request was within their guidelines. I tried very hard to get a resolution. There’s more to the story…all negative.
