After a long negotiation I paid to return the tops to China. They have had them for months and still no refund. Not a good company to deal with and I would say do not purchace anything.
They advertise beautiful embroidered clothing. Then what they send is extremely,poorly made screen printed, clothing. When trying to negotiate a refund, want to refund 40% . Unless you want to do all of the legwork . Which is very extended. I would not recommend this company to anyone .
If I could give this company "no stars" - I would! "Artsweary" - showed pictures of such cute tops and the description for each top said it was "embroidered". The website also stated that all clothing was designed and made in Nashville, TN. Haaa - nothing could be further from the truth! This is absolutely "mail fraud". I received the tops and they all came from China. The tops were NOT embroidered, but horrible prints on cheap fabric. After contacting the company, they requested pictures of the tops, pictures of each of the labels on each top and pictures of the packaging the tops arrived in (and my first born). The company said that I could keep the tops and they would give me back 20% of my money. They also only sent me 3 of the 4 tops I paid for. I did not accept the 20% and then they offered me 40%. I said "no" and asked for their address to return the horrible garments. They said they would give me my money after sending me an address to return the garments, and after the "inspected" the returned garments - who knows how long that would have been! Come to find out that in order to send the tops back to China - it would cost me about $32.00. This was just not acceptable. I disputed the charge with Paypal and it looked like they weren't going to support me on the dispute. I went back into the dispute form on their "on-line" website and changed the "reason" from "other" to a different selection and emphasized the "mail fraud" reason. Apparently, that made a big difference. Even though their particular selections didn't really fit my situation it was enough to put Paypal on my side. I received a refund for all 4 tops from this horrible company. If you paid by a credit card, dispute the charge with them!
Actually 0 for false advertising. It says the tips ets come with embroiderd blossoms. That's a pile of crap. Pd$67 for a $5 outfit. I'd like to find out how to report them. They have several company names
I placed a fairly large order in July 2026. When I receive the order I was extremely disappointed. The product was extremely cheap. It was printed on the fabric and the construction was not good at all. I immediately contacted the company and complained. I wanted to return the entire order. I was offered a 20% discount. I said I was not interested in the credit, I wanted to return the order. I went back and forth saying at a minimum, the credit should be 40%. I was then told it had to be approved by management. I contact them at least once per week but they are now ignoring me completely. I am going to continue to complain to them. If nothing else, I'll be a pain in their inbox!
Big time scam. I kept asking where my order was. After a couple of weeks they said they were looking into it; the they stopped communicating.
If there was less than 1 star, I would put that. This company took $31.58 from me for a blouse that they claim is no longer available. I only found this out after I reached out as it had been a month since I ordered and never heard from them again. Avoid with all costs!!!!

The shirts do not fit well. They raised above the collar bones instead of laying on them. They appear embroidered, but are not! They will not refund the amount you pay and only offer 20% of the price back.
Terrible issues with this company. First, product is nothing like advertised. Very cheaply made. Second, I ordered two dresses, received one. When questioned about 2nd item was told it was no longer in stock and that they could choose another item to send or refund. I requested refund. They stated refund had been "processed" however, it was never received. When I advised Paypal of issue, going through their claims process, Artsweary stated I was not entitled to a refund so my claim was denied by Paypal. Being Canadian....paying in US funds, cost me an additional sum of money. I can not recommend this company

I was happy that you kept my cart current. A couple of other companies clear the cart after a few hours which is ridiculous. And shipped from here so I don’t have to wait a month for my order. They lied. Came from China which would be ok except poor quality. Had to return.
I placed my order believing this was an American company and the items were made in America. Following the tracking information and upon receiving the items, I should have known better. What I received was nothing like what was represented and shown on the website. They are cheap, synthetic, poorly printed garments. They are so bad, I wouldn't even donate them to a charity. I contacted the company and on a $100 purchase they will only refund 20%. I have not received the refund yet. This company misrepresents their products. Do not buy from them. Everything I received is junk and not wearable and definitely not as pictured on the website.
This company is a scam. I was looking forward to receiving my beautiful blouses that were advertised and were told were manufactured in Nashville Tennessee. The blouses advertised were delicate laces and 3D embroidery but what I received was synthetic rubbish with a pathetic print of lace and embroidery. Shocking! They should NOT be allowed to deceive the public in such a manner. DO NOT purchase anything from this company. They are FRAUDS! Now I have to battle the return policy.
Buyer Beware. Do not buy anything off this site. Material is cheap, cheap and design is square cut, ugly. The necklace was broken. Clothing looks nothing like what site shows. I wish I looked at reviews beforehand. Very dissatisfied.
what I received was a photoshopped joke. I wouldn't wear that junk. It was cheap fabric with a so called picture on it. Really disappointed....
I will never order from this company again...the dress i ordered wasn't what was advertised it was cheap material and nothing like what they are advertising still waiting on a refund 🤔
