Returns have to go to China at buyer expense. Unsat! I have 3 shirts that do not fit well and which are cheaply made. I'll never wear! So im out $80.00.

0 star — WENDLLY: MISLEADING DESCRIPTION, POOR QUALITY & A NIGHTMARE REFUND PROCESS — BUYER BEWARE DO NOT ORDER FROM WENDLLY WITHOUT READING THE REVIEWS FIRST. I deeply regret ordering from Wendlly. The quality of the T-shirts I received was far below what was advertised on their website. The fabric feels cheap, thin, and poorly made, and it does not match the quality or description that was presented to me when I placed the order. This is not simply a matter of personal preference. The product I received does not match the description and expectations created by their website. The fabric quality was extremely disappointing and, in my opinion, completely misrepresented. But the poor-quality merchandise is only half of the problem. The real nightmare began when I tried to return the items and obtain a refund. Wendlly gives the impression of being a USA-based company, but when it comes to returns and refunds, my experience has been completely different. I have repeatedly tried to get a return label and a clear refund resolution, only to be given the runaround. They keep offering discounts and procrastinating. Why should a customer have to fight this hard to return merchandise that does not match what was advertised? I have already disputed the transaction with my bank because I have lost confidence that Wendlly is going to resolve this matter fairly or promptly. I also looked at Trustpilot, and the number of complaints regarding returns, refunds, product quality, and customer service is extremely concerning. My experience does not appear to be an isolated incident. Wendlly needs to be held accountable for the way it represents its products and handles customers when they are dissatisfied. Advertising one level of quality and delivering something substantially different is unacceptable. Making customers struggle to obtain a return label and refund makes the situation even worse. I will be reporting my experience to the BBB and appropriate consumer-protection authorities and documenting the entire transaction, including the product description, what I actually received, and my communications regarding the return and refund. BUYER BEWARE. Before ordering from Wendlly, do your research. Read the negative reviews. Look carefully at the return policy. And don’t assume that the quality you see or read about on the website is necessarily the quality you will receive. For me, this has been an extremely disappointing experience, and I would not recommend Wendlly to other consumers.

First Order.. Celtic Alzheimer Awareness Dress

First, the Celtic pattern of the dress compliments the purple perfectly.. Second. Alzheimzers runs in my family on my mother's side (Parkinson disease on my father's side). I also wear it for my son, who passed away from Brain Cancer. Your products are amazing. Thank you. I will be ordering other items.

Dress fit nothing like the picture!

Dress fit nothing like the picture. Picture had a regular waistline. Actual dress had Empire waist 8 inches shorter. Cheap horrible thin fabric. I asked for refund and willing to ship back at my cost. The marketing department has to review first. I'm giving it to Thrift Store and moving on. Bought dress for funeral. I've got two coming from Temu. Hoping they arrive soon. At least, I know they will take one back if I don't love both of them. Don't ever order from Wendlly!

I recently purchased three shirts from Wendlly and unfortunately, my experience was not as expected. The product was advertised as being made and sold in the USA, but it turns out that it is not. Additionally, the material is not 100% cotton as claimed, which was disappointing. I was also under the impression that the shirt had sequins, but it actually features a flat, dull photo of sequins instead, which is misleading. Furthermore, I have been trying to return the item for a month now, but the process has been extremely difficult. The customer service keeps offering me a percentage discount instead of facilitating an actual return. Shipping also took about a month, as the products are shipped from China. Overall, I would not recommend Wendlly based on my experience.

Run away as fast as you can

Run away as fast as you can. Slow, slow shippinf. After trying for 4 days to cancel when items still had not been shipped, I got an email that my order was shipped. Shirts arrived and looked nothing like picture or description. Awful company!!

The dress is relieved was sized wrong and is of poor quality. They keep offering me discounts instead of accepting the return. Do not buy from this company!!!!! Beware

I ordered a shirt and didn't look like the picture. Plus it was like a dress on me. I have asked multiple time for them to send an address so I can return it. They just give me the run around and say they are reviewing it. It has been 1 and half months. Also it said made in USA but it came ftom China. Don't waste your time or money on this company.

I would give this company a zero if I could. All my order was to big or faulty.Have sent endless emails. Offering me discounts and said could keep the order.I dont want it.I just want a refund which they dont seem to understand. I just want a refund and that will end all this. Will go to Trading Standards if not resolved.Had enough now. The worst company ,customer service and quality i have ever encountered. Don't buy from this company.Not sure if it is a scam.

Dishonest Chinese Scammers

The clothing is cheap, printed, thin fabric. It is synthetic not 100% cotton and not labeled. The style is that of a loose plastic bag. They are not an American company as they claim. Returns and exchanges will not be given. They will string you along, with no results. Avoid dealing with these scammers. Note: My credit card was used for fraud and was shut down about a month after buying from Wendlly. Connected, don't know for sure.

They do not even deserve 1 star! I ordered a beautiful shirt ( they say “made in the USA” ) when in fact it is an extremely cheap polyester flat screen print from China!! I have been fighting with them for 1 month and they REFUSE to do a return!! In other words, they have stolen my money!! They are legal thieves! I find it unbelievable that they are getting away with this! I’m looking into a consumer fraud practice now. I wish I could post pics but there is no option for that! Do yourself a favor, if you don’t want to get swindled… STAY AWAY from WENDLLY!!

Do not order from Wendlly

I’m sorry I didn’t read the reviews on this deceptive company before I placed an order with them. First of all, the item I ordered took more than two weeks to arrive when it said it would be shipped within 3 days. The quality was nowhere near what was portrayed. They made it sound as if it was made from US cotton, which I’m not sure what it’s made from…certainly not cotton. It is cheap material and not what was pictured in the advertisement. The dress also is ill-fitting. I reached out via email asking for a refund and where to send it for a return. I was told the sales team would reach out within five business days but after giving them almost a whole other week I had to send another email. This time they replied that it would be costly to send it back to China…wait what? Instead they offered me a 10 percent off certificate. I do not want their worthless certificate because I would never ever order from them again. Do yourself a favor…save your money and do not even waste your time looking at their misrepresented products; I guarantee you will be disappointed!

NO, NO, NO! I only gave it a star because you have to give it something. Horrible, horrible Chinese company. Products are not as they appear on the website, sizing is ridiculously off, takes forever to ship, and you will never get a refund. Do not do it!

Order Cancelled

I canceled an order within a couple of hours after purchase and was informed that a supervisor didn’t have time to complete the cancellation. 32 emails later, they are still giving me the run around. They originally represented themselves as an American Company only to find out they are from China. They are refusing to send me a return shipping label. This company’s products are of VERY POOR QUALITY!!!! Their ads show beautiful products but that’s not what you receive. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.

If I could give a zero I would do not order from this company, i was supposed to get nice comfy, cotton embroidered pants and shirt.Instead I got CRAP!!!!! I would love to leave pictures, but it won't let me.But do not waste your money, and I'm having a hard time trying to get in returns.So now i have $56 worth of items that I'll never wear 😔😱😫😡
