Hi Lydia, Unfortunately, being a Peli Products distributor we have little control over pricing, however the cases are priced as a one-time purchase, equipped with a lifetime guarantee. These cases are designed to last a lifetime, hence the higher price range in comparison to competitors. Hi Eliza, We've checked our system and found no order placed by yourself recently. It's likely you've ordered from another Peli distributor and not Peli Products UK. We have requested further information in an attempt to locate the order but have had no response. We'd advise contacting the website you purchased from directly to help resolve this issue.

Hi Yvonne, It appears this review has been left on the wrong page. We are Peli Products (UK), Peli Products is the trading name in Europe of Pelican Products Inc of Torrance, California. We've checked our records and have no trace of a 1910 purchased by yourself. To assist you, we recommend contacting the retailer or website where the torch was purchased. They’ll be able to provide support, and you may also have warranty coverage through them.

We take the authorisation of marketing communications seriously at Peli Products (UK) Ltd and, having checked our records, we have no record of your details on our data base, and therefore no emails sent from us. We did request your contact details to gain further insight but these have not been received. It is likely the communications may have been sent from one of the other Peli Case Distributors, and I can assure you it is not from Peli Products (UK) Ltd. Regarding our reviews, the majority are 'verified' i.e. they have reviewed post-purchase based on their experience with us.
