While, most homes up to 4,500 sq ft get full coverage with one application, but layouts (or lots of windows!) can sometimes make things a little different. It’s great news that you’re not seeing roaches, but we completely understand wanting that extra layer of protection around all possible entry points. If we’re unable to resolve your pest issue after working with an agent and trying the alternative solutions Pestie provides, we can usually issue a refund. If you’d prefer, we can also refund the remaining prepaid orders left on your account. After reviewing your account, it looks like you chose the second option, and we were able to issue a refund for the prepaid orders that hadn’t yet shipped. While we do need to stay within our refund policy, our team did everything we could to make sure you received the best resolution available.
