Hello Stuart, I did personally email you. As i haven't seen any direct contact to us about this matter? We have a email address and phone number on our website. Evri have been so far very good with little complaints. Last week we had 3 members out of the warehouse sick and your order wasn't dispatched until Wednesday evening. We do quote 2-5 working days for delivery. I do not understand the 1 star rating when it was delivered in a timely manner and you like the product.

Thank you Patricia =)
