Outdoor Dog Supply

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We reviewed the recorded phone call so we could better understand what happened. Once we learned you had driven about 45 minutes, our team immediately offered a mail-in exchange so you wouldn't have to make another trip to our store. Because this item contains a rechargeable lithium battery, federal hazardous materials shipping regulations prevent us from providing a prepaid return label. However, if you mail the collar back and include a copy of your shipping receipt, we'll reimburse your return postage when we process your warranty. We'll also expedite your replacement collar to get it back to you as quickly as possible. Please give us a call or reply to your previous email so we can help get this resolved. We appreciate the opportunity to get you back up and running with your TT15 Mini.

We're sorry to hear the collar didn't meet your expectations. Based on your feedback, we think you'd really like our SoftFlex Beta collars. They offer durability while being much softer and more flexible for added comfort. We'd also be happy to exchange your collar and place the brass name plate in your preferred location. Please give us a call at 757-482-1000, and we'll be happy to get this taken care of for you. At Outdoor Dog Supply, we want to make sure you're completely satisfied with your purchase.
