Faulty collar purchase
I came in and exchanged the tt15 I bought on line for a tt15 mini. When I got home and charged it and turned it on, it will only blink red. I contacted outdoor dog supply and was told I had to drive back in to exchange it, which is a 45 minute drive each way. I’m hoping they will send me a return label to exchange it but it’s been 2 days with no word

Once we learned you had driven about 45 minutes, our team immediately offered a mail-in exchange so you wouldn't have to make another trip to our store. Because this item contains a rechargeable lithium battery, federal hazardous materials shipping regulations prevent us from providing a prepaid return label. However, if you mail the collar back and include a copy of your shipping receipt, we'll reimburse your return postage when we process your warranty. We'll also expedite your replacement collar to get it back to you as quickly as possible. Please give us a call or reply to your previous email so we can help get this resolved. We appreciate the opportunity to get you back up and running with your TT15 Mini.

Well, I was disappointed. The collar is much stiffer than I was anticipating, looks uncomfortable for him. Also, the placement of the brass plate is off to the side and not centered on the back of his neck where it would be easily readable. As it is engraved, it’s not like I can return it, but I’m not pleased with my purchase.

Outdoor Dog Supply has a wide variety of merchandise. It's my go-to company for weird and wonderful things I need for my sport dogs. Orders filled and delivered promptly, stellar customer service. I can't even say how many years I've used them and recommended them.
Tracker held signal way further than I expected
We hunt with our dog most weekends and the last tracker we had died on us mid trip, lost signal constantly. This one's been solid, tested range across a field with my brother walking it out and it kept a lock further than the box even claims. Battery's lasted three trips so far without a charge. called them with a dumb question about the app pairing and the guy on the phone actually knew what he was talking about instead of reading a script. Order came fast too, had it before our next planned trip. Feels like it's made by people who actually hunt, not just some warehouse brand.
