This litterbox is great it's the same foot print as a litter robot but it looks like it doesn't take up as much space as the LR3 that im replacing. It is super quiet, if you're in the room with it when it's running you still might not hear it. You do have to make sure the bag in the bin isn't covering the door at all or it won't open correctly.
My chonkalicious kitty was afraid of the LR3 because he felt trapped, he's used this twice, my ancient kitty (19 yo) with arthritis wasn't using the LR because it sits up so high it hurt him to climb the stairs to to get into it. And he'd track litter EVERYWHERE, this sits low to the ground like a regular litterbox, and somehow he's not tracking litter all over. I've only had it less than a week but so far no complaints.
I already had 2 liter boxes. Bought the large one, to see if my 15 pd main coon cat would use it. He would not get in the smaller ones. It is a wait and see with him. You have a great product.Hope he will use it. My other cats will fi he won't.
Just received my litter box yesterday but so far I love the big opening for my Maine Coon. Easy set up, so far I love it will update at a later time when I've seen more of how its working.

My son has a Meowant Self-Cleaning Cat Litter Box – MW-SC09 ( I believe that is the model). And the pad at the base of the drum is ripped, and has leaked, so they are no longer using it. They have had the litter-box for a little over a year I think.
Is there a way to repair, or replace this item?

I have seen the automatic litter boxes for some time. Was hesitant and skeptical. Heard from a friend, about her boss who has one. And loves it. I took the risk. Researched. And chose this one due to my Maine Coons size. I am extremely pleased. NO MORE SMELL. No more scooping daily. Our big boy fits in it. And there less litter usage. Less litter on the floor outside the box. I definitely recommend this product.
I placed my order on August 14, 2016. Today is September 3, 2016 and I still have not received it. There were no notices or updates on the order until I reached out via chat and it took several
Days to get a response. Very disappointed with lack of communication regarding my order.
No more scooping litter. That in itself is a big plus for me! Figured out the problem I was having of smaller pieces not going into the waste bin. I had it sitting on the wall to wall carpeting in my lower level. It was suggested that it needs to be on a firmer surface for the sensors to work properly. I put a 1" thick piece of plywood under it and now it works properly.
Just received my second SC09! This is a great litter box. Easy to setup, large and roomy enough for my chunky cat, simple to use. Gets rid of the everyday scooping the litter box chore. Also great at controlling odor. I highly recommend this brand and model.
